The Woodlands Clinic is a 4-story free-standing hospital clinic built to serve up to 500 patients while providing medical and surgical oncology, chemotherapy, physical therapy, and wellness resources. The project included (2) dedicated VAV outside air handling units with energy recovery, (6) common headered VAV air handling units with redundancy, (2) custom built VAV air handling units for pharmacy and operating suites, over (400) VAV terminal units and laboratory terminal units, (11) exhaust fans, (9) VAV circulating pumps, (2) air-cooled chillers, (3) condensing boilers and associated supportive infrastructure. The environmental systems are controlled through the Siemens Desigo Building Automation System. The facility is one of the largest Test & Balance projects recently completed by DAC, Inc. in which our services were contracted directly to the Owner.
