DAC identified several mechanical design deficiencies and conflicts which would prevent the necessary air change rates, pressurization cascade, and maintenance access. These concerns were brought to the attention of the designer of record to redefine ductwork configurations, enhance connection details and revise airflow setpoints to reflect necessary changes on the design schedule and the airflow diagrams. With this insight and review, the project underwent a substantial design correction. This included repurposing multiple exhaust fans, re-balancing outside airflow totals, and modifying ductwork connections at laminar flow modules.
